MISSION STATEMENT
Haverhill Community Television is a non-profit corporation developed to promote and sponsor public access television in Haverhill. Our purpose is to provide Haverhill residents and Haverhill based non-profit institutions access to the powerful medium of television.

Election Coverage
Election season is upon us, and HCTV along with Point of Reference host, Frank Novak is bringing you individual interviews with every candidate in the City Council, School Committee and Mayoral races. Halloween at HCTV!
Dispite the horrendous weather this October 29th, HCTV went ahead with our first ever Haunted House. The Staff thanks all of the HCTV Volunteers who where involved. We could never have pulled off such a HUGE project without all of you.
