Please supply the information requested below so that we may determine what equipment and facilities are needed for you to produce your program. For a donation of $10 per tape, Haverhill Community Television will copy programs produced at Haverhill Community Television, with the interested party supplying a blank, high quality tape or tapes required for a copy said program. The producer/copyright holder must approve requests for duplication of programs produced at Haverhill Community Television, and the HCTV staff will seek the producer’s approval. Haverhill Community Television producers/members are entitled to copy their programs, or others, on their own free provided they schedule time with the staff to use dubbing equipment and supply a blank high quality tape. Copies are limited to two copies per any one program. The HCTV staff will attempt to fulfill copying requests within 7 to 12 days. In addition, we will hold tapes for a reasonable time after the initial call for pick-up was made.
